WELCOME TO CHRISTLIKENESS CHRISTIAN NETWORK (CCN)
We thank God for instilling in your heart the curiosity of His word, grace and purpose. We thank you for responding to this curiosity.
Christlikeness Christian Network is a non-profit inter-dominational Christian organization dedicated to advocating the truth everywhere possible that true Christianity is synonymous to Christlikeness.
Also dedicated to advocating religious freedom and help provide moral, humanitarian and financial support to persecuted Christians with a focus on Nigeria- west Africa.
What makes one Christian? is it a matter of religion? is it observing the Sabbath, attending church or being self righteous? No, ... It is a matter of relationship. A christian is a follower of Christ. One who's committed and pledges full allegiance to Christ. One whose belief in Christ is a conviction not a preference.
True Christianity is living a lifestyle that reflects the character of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior in everyday life, everywhere humbly and unapologetically.
We are called and blessed by God through Christ not just for the Church but for the world. As Christians we are ambassadors of Christ in the world and culture. We are to reflect Christ in culture. "The church is not a refuge from the world... the church is where Christians get equipped and return back to the world to reflect Christ in culture". Dr Onorio Shapparo
While North Korea continues to top overall persecution of Christian in 2015, Nigeria has the highest number of Christians killed for their faith; recording more than half of over 7,000 Christian persecution killings around the globe. That's an alarming 62% increase from the year before which make this a matter of urgency.
As Christians we know that whatever we do for our brothers and sisters in Christ, whatever we do for the least among us, we do for Christ. Mathew 25vs34 - 40 reads...
34 "Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in.
36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me'. 37 "Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?' 40 "The King will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.
85% of all religious persecutions are against Christians. In the face of radical Islamic extremism and terrorism, do we seat idly by while members of our Christian and human family maimed, raped, enslaved and slaughtered ? churches, school, homes, entire Christian towns and villages burnt down. Christians are being persecuted every day, every hour, every minute somewhere in the world.
Fellow Christians and all people of good will must do all we can to help end all religious persecution. We must do all we can to help elevate our persecuted Christian family.
Everyone can do something. Everyone can pray. Everyone can volunteer. Everyone has something to give according capacity no matter how little or great.
